Ann DiMenna, Physiotherapist (CDT)

Ann brings expertise from a wide variety of therapy settings to serve the Markham and surrounding York Region area. Ann is a graduate of the University of Waterloo where she received a degree in Biochemistry, as well as the University of Toronto where she received a degree in Physiotherapy.
Ann has many years of clinical experience treating in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, inpatient hospital settings and home care. Ann has extensive experience in treating complex hip, knee and shoulder problems, including post-operative rehabilitation.
Over the years, Ann has continued to add to her clinical expertise with post-graduate training in manual therapy, McKenzie back care techniques and integrated lymph drainage. In 2008, Ann completed post-graduate training in Combined Decongestive Therapy and is fully certified to treat patients with lymphedema. She is an active member of the Lymphedema Association of Ontario and has been a featured speaker at many lymphedema conferences in Canada and the US.
Anne Marie Chlorakos, Physiotherapist (CDT)

Anne Marie has over sixteen years of Physiotherapy experience. She is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Anne Marie has had the opportunity to work in a number of different clinical settings including private practice, an industrial clinic, long term care facilities and home care. Anne Marie has completed many post graduate courses in the areas of manual therapy, McKenzie back and neck care, chronic pain management and kinesiotaping. Anne Marie completed post graduate training in Combined Decongestive Therapy from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies and is fully certified to treat patients with lymphedema.
Amrita Khemraj, Physiotherapist (CDT)

Amrita graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has significant experience treating a variety of conditions such as sport and work related injuries, chronic pain and strokes. Amrita completed her training in Combined Decongestive Therapy with the International Lymphedema & Wound Training Institute (ILWTI) and is fully trained to treat patients with lymphedema. Amrita values client-centred practice and is devoted to delivering the highest quality care to her patients.
Nitika Gupta, Resident Physiotherapist (CDT)

Nitika Gupta is a Resident Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Amity University, India in 2014. She got an opportunity to be a part of Commonwealth Games in 2010 as well where she was trained as a Doping Control Officer under World Anti-Doping Agency. She also studied Health System Management from Fanshawe College, London ON.
She started her career as a Consultant Physiotherapist in India where she gained experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, sports injuries, geriatric population, postural and orthopedic conditions. She also gained hands-on experience of customizing medical aids for client-centered care. She was employed as a Physiotherapy Assistant in a long-term care setting for 3 consecutive years which carved her communication skills and experience in Canadian standards of practice.
Nitika completed her written component of physiotherapy competence exam in 2021. In clinical practice, she believes the blend of patient education, manual therapy and biomechanical correction can do wonders in rehabilitation. Every patient is unique with specific functional goals & needs, having said that, she focusses on developing personalized care protocols for individual client. She is looking forward to build promising career here in Greater Toronto Area.
Shuqing (Susan) Dong, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Shuqing (Susan) Dong is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, holding more than 10 years of experience with massage therapy.
With a natural interest in the human body and all its intricate functions, she continues to refine her knowledge by keeping up-to-date on new practices and studies. She studied traditional Chinese medicine and was trained to perform acupuncture at McMaster University.
She believes that everyone can benefit from massage with the right treatment. Besides all kinds of soft tissue manipulation techniques, she is more focused on meridian massage therapy, which works on the body’s energy channels and acupuncture points to stimulate the flow of qi. This helps to improve immunity due to enhanced lymph flow and promote the balance of the body.
She is a client-centered, honest and passionate about providing safe and effective treatment for her clients.
Ira Aseron, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Ira is a registered nurse and has undergraduate degree in physiotherapy in the Philippines. Since moving to Canada, Ira
has worked as a physiotherapist assistant for 4 years and trained to be a registered massage therapist. Ira has worked with many different clients and has seen different types of lymphatic problems and concerns. Ira would like to help clients improve their activities of daily living, even with walking or doing simple chores. She believes that addressing the client’s specific clinical condition would have a big impact on their rehabilitation and quality of life.
